Hi, I’m Raphaella Gordon, the founder of Gordon Lettings.

Compliance, paperwork, administration. These can feel boring or stressful especially if you’re unsure about all the rules. Leaving it until later or cutting corners can in the long term can be costly and have serious consequences.
I trained in lettings compliance and stay up to date with the latest developments so we can be proactive and stay ahead of the changes.
I also love spreadsheets, organising and ticking things off the list.
